Pro: covers the “trench” in the dash. Easy to use. Solid. Fully modulat and adjustable.
Con: Do not use the adhesive on the base per the instructions. Scew holes are VERY precise w/o play. So you will have to be careful when mounting the first time. You can possibly strip a scew. Thank God exfra screws came with my kit.
