Industry-Leading Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We're so confident in our products that we offer an Industry-Leading Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser on all products excluding swag and electronics (for full list, see Exclusions below). The warranty is valid for orders delivered to US addresses and does not apply to international orders.

Any electronic items such as wireless chargers carry a 90 day warranty.

Warranty Claims

Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions will repair or replace your product (at our discretion) if we determine your product failed under normal use.

If the defect isn’t clearly visible, we will request the part is returned to us for inspection.

Instructions regarding your warranty claim will be emailed upon approval of your claim.

NOTE - warranties apply to purchases made from authorized resellers including our Amazon.com store and BulletpointMountingSolutions.com. Refurbished goods purchased at discounted prices from Amazon Warehouse Deals are not covered by our limited lifetime warranty.

Warranty items are subject to the availability of replacement parts or parts necessary to complete a repair. If the defective part has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will suggest a substitute or alternative part. If no substitute part is available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions, Exceptions & Limitations

Please note that a limited number of wear items are excluded from our Limited Lifetime Warranty including, but not limited to:

• Rubber/foam replacement grips on device holders
• Rubber backing on AMPS balls and bases
• Magnetic mount surface pads
• Universal Phone Holder springs
• Worn adhesive tape on bases
• Lost parts
• Steel magnetic holder plates
• Cosmetic blemishes/fading that may develop over time, but do not impact performance
• Swag
• Plastic or ABS Parts (3 Year Warranty)
• Electronics (90 Day Warranty)

Our warranty is limited to Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions products only. Exclusions to our warranty coverage include but are not limited to phones, tablets, cameras, GPS units, radios, displays or any other devices used with our mounts. Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions does not warranty damage to your vehicle or person as a result of the installation and use of our products. Our warranty does not cover any Bulletpoint products that have been altered or modified in any way.
