ROCK SOLID INSTALLATION
Installation is as simple as removing the plastic top dash tray, drilling 4 small holes into the plastic dash tray, securing the mounting platform with the included hardware and popping the panel back into place.
That's it! From here, attach your mounting arms and device holders to create your ultimate Maverick Command Center.
All necessary hardware is included with the exception of a drill.
UP TO 4 SECURE MOUNTING LOCATIONS & TOTALLY CUSTOM
RubiGrid® for Maverick is fully expandable to use up to 3 AMPS-Style Balls plus our 1/4"-20 ball mount so you can mount up to 4 total devices.
No pre-set locations. No limits. Easily change the ball mount location at any time.
No sliding or slipping ball mount locations like other offerings on the market.
Each AMPS ball installs with 4 bolts with nylon nuts for a reliable and secure attachment plus an underside rubber strip helps absorb and reduce unwanted vibrations as well as prevents scratching with the mounting surface.

COMPATIBILITY & 3RD PARTY FRIENDLY
Not only is the RubiGrid® base perfectly compatible with our 20mm AMPS mounting balls and ecosystem of device mounts, it's also compatible with device holders and attachments from other 3rd party manufacturers. *Please verify ball size required when using parts from other manufacturers.

This was just what I needed to mount my trailer monitor for towing. Easy installation with most of the tools necessary for install.

It took a while for me to realize exactly what and how this works?
Not the grid insert but the attachments side.
I thought any ball can be mounted on the grid but no so. You need the ones with plates and 4 nuts and bolts.
Unless you are going to use the top right hole which is already pre-threaded for a standalone ball.
Unfortunately my wires could not go through the holes in the grids - I have a dash cam and radar unit along with a heads up display for the driver.
In the end, rather than returning the whole thing, which I really didn’t want to do, because the size and fit of the grid was great.
So I took the top right pre-threaded hole and expanded it with a metal drill bit until it was big enough to feed all three wires through it.
I think the end result is clean and functional which is what I was going for in the first place.
The wire wraps could be available in 2 sizes as well - as 3 even thin wires pushed the sides as far as you would want it.
So, with some extra work and a bit of creativity and titanium metal drill bits, it looks good.
I do appreciate the fast responses from Customer Service even if the answers were not exactly what I originally wanted to hear.

Well-designed, given what space the Maverick has available.
I was impressed by how Bulletpoint used the available space to make their Rubigrid system fit well. I've got a phone mount, and I easily adapted another mount to work with a Roady BT SiriusXM satellite radio. It all looks great!

If purchasing any of our pre-built configurations (except for Base only), you will receive everything you need to securely mount your devices.
If you opt for the base only configuration or wish to add additional devices to the RubiGrid® base, you will need 1 AMPS ball, 1 mounting arm and 1 device holder. The exception is the action camera mount where a mounting arm is not necessary.

Our DiabloM6 magnetic phone mount requires a thin metal plate affixed to the back of your phone (even on MagSafe-equipped iPhones).
Please note that this also prevents Wireless Charging.
If you require wireless charging, we offer 2 wireless charging options: our MagSafe-compatible Wireless Charger or our Wireless Phone Charger with Motorized Cradle.

The metal plate features adhesive on the back and must be attached to your phone or case. It may not stick to all phone cases. For example, many silicone cases have non-stick properties that may not work with the metal plate.
If you have a MagSafe-compatible phone and you do not want to apply the metal plate or you wish to maintain wireless charging functionality, we offer a MagSafe-compatible phone holder.
