Replacement
I had to replace a device hold as it broke. Sent and email on a sunday not expexting any answer for several days, wrong. After two short emails they had my replacement ready to be shipped out. Great Customer Service
Bought my original phone mount over a year ago. The phone holder had one of its screws come loose and would no longer hold the phone. Emailed Bullet Point, Sent a couple pictures and they honored their warranty and sent me a replacement piece. Great quality product, awesome customer service. Will buy one for all my future vehicles.
