      Warranty coverage

      I contacted Bulletpoint regarding an issue I had with the cell phone clamp. The issue I was having was the two screws retaining the return springs would loosen up and launch themselves inside my vehicle at the most inopportune time. The most recent occurrence, I was unable to recover the screw. I contacted BulletPoint asking if there was a way to purchase just the screw. I received an immediate and professional reply stating that they would resolve my issue by sending me an entirely new cell phone clamp. I'm very appreciative of the generosity of BulletPoint and their staff. Four of my vehicles have BulletPoint cell phone holders and I am a absolute fan of their products.
