WHAT IS RUBIGRID®?

RubiGrid® is a fully modular dash mounting platform that uses AMPS mounting balls.

Built specifically for the 2023+ Ford Super Duty (equipped with both 8 inch and 12 inch screens), mount multiple devices and easily change the configuration and location of your mounting balls to dial in your perfect setup.

Whether you need to mount phones, tablets, action cameras or radios, RubiGrid® can handle it.

INSTALLATION

Requires removal of rubber dash mat (not reused) along with removal of plastic dash tray. In order to properly secure our platform to your vehicle's dash, installation requires drilling 5 small holes and the use of 2 self-tapping screws in the plastic dash tray.

From there, secure the AMPS ball anywhere along the RubiGrid® platform followed by attaching the mounting arm and device holder to create your customized command center.

All necessary hardware is included with the exception of a drill.

Expensive, but serious quality out of the box

The first thing I always notice is the way a product is packaged, and my BulletPoint Rubigrid parts were packed showing the quality and pride this company puts into their product!
Okay, yes the system is a bit expensive, but so was the truck we installed it in, therefore, we didn’t want a cheap system sitting up on our dash, potentially damaging the new truck.
Install was simpler, and easier than we thought it would be; we were a bit nervous, but installation proved to be smooth and successful.
We chose 2 blue arms and 1 black, WOW, the colors and patterns are great; I’m sure all choices are as nice. All parts feel solid, although I am a bit concerned about the plastic connector ends. To be honest, I’m also sure they’ve been very well tested and should hold up well for their designed use. Quick install, all parts went together easily and well.
We would buy this again and highly recommend this system. Look at the options because there are many of them and find what fits your needs. We have ours set up for when we are traveling with the 5th wheel; TPM, rear RV camera monitor and passenger phone.

Comes with everything needed to install

Well built and sturdy. Comes with everything you need to install except a drill for drilling the holes. Overall very nice product!

Great for Full Time RVers

We got the phone mount when we got our 2024 Ford F-450 then in Jan we began full time RVing and we added the mount for the TPMS display, the Furrion camera display and the RV gps

Misinformed

Spoke with a customer representative about my specific setup via email. With his recommendation I ordered and when I received the package it did not work. They are sending me the correct part free of charge but will arrive to late.
Not very happy about this as I gave detailed information about what set up I needed.

If purchasing any of our pre-built configurations (except for Base only), you will receive everything you need to securely mount your devices.

If you opt for the base only configuration or wish to add additional devices to the RubiGrid® base, you will need 1 AMPS ball, 1 mounting arm and 1 device holder. The exception is the action camera mount where a mounting arm is not necessary.

Our DiabloM6 magnetic phone mount requires a thin metal plate affixed to the back of your phone (even on MagSafe-equipped iPhones).

Please note that this also prevents Wireless Charging.

If you require wireless charging, we offer 2 wireless charging options: our MagSafe-compatible Wireless Charger or our Wireless Phone Charger with Motorized Cradle.

The metal plate features adhesive on the back and must be attached to your phone or case. It may not stick to all phone cases. For example, many silicone cases have non-stick properties that may not work with the metal plate.

If you have a MagSafe-compatible phone and you do not want to apply the metal plate or you wish to maintain wireless charging functionality, we offer a MagSafe-compatible phone holder.
