      This socket ball may be used to transform any of our fixed 20mm balls to a 1” machined aluminum ball. Once converted, the 1” ball can be used with third party arms designed for 1” ball mounts.

      Like all of our 20mm ball mount products, this adapter provides almost infinite adjustability thanks to the integrated thumbscrew and includes the Bulletpoint Limited Lifetime Warranty.

      Failed!

      Received product, wrong size (my fault). However, after reaching out, company told me that I needed a specific item. I ordered, as they recommended. Received, and still not what I needed. Moved on to another supplier. Buyer Beware!

      Hello Jimmy, I am sorry but that is not remotely close to how I understood your question. Your question was 'Purchased the cupholder mount (small RAM mount). I need a large RAM to mount my Garmin Overlander Tread XL. Do you have the cupholder with the larger RAM size?'

      I understood this to mean do I have a cupholder with a 1' ball. What I referred you to was how to make the cup holder have a one inch ball since the question was 'Do you have the cupholder with the larger RAM size?'

      I am sorry I am not sure how that was to mean you needed to find a way to mount the Garmin. We recommend using our amps ball but that wont work on your Ram arm.
      The rear of the Garmin Overlander® unit has an integrated 4-Hole AMPS pattern. Simply attach one of our4-Hole AMPS ball mounts to the rear of the Garmin® unit and from there, any of our standard mounting arms can be used to make the connection between any of our dash mounts and the Garmin® unit.

      In this situation you would use a Ram brand amps ball to match your Ram brand arm. If you are going to use your Ram brand arm on our cup holder than you need the flange socket I recommended. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
