INDUSTRY-LEADING LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We're so confident in our products that we offer an Industry-Leading Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser for as long as you own the product. The warranty is valid for orders delivered to US addresses and does not apply to international orders.

EXCLUSIONS: Please note that a limited number of wear items are excluded from our Limited Lifetime Warranty including, but not limited to:

  • Rubber replacement phone grips
  • Rubber backing on AMPS balls
  • Magnetic mount surface pads
  • Worn adhesive tape on bases
  • Lost parts
  • Steel magnetic holder plates
  • Cosmetic blemishes/fading that may develop over time, but do not impact performance

Warranty Claims

Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions will repair or replace your product (at our discretion) if we determine your product failed under normal use.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the return of the warranty item as well as shipping the replacement.

    If the defect isn’t clearly visible, we will request the part is returned to us for inspection. If any of the information listed above is not included with your claim, it will not be accepted or processed.

    Instructions regarding your warranty claim will be emailed upon approval of your claim.

    NOTE - warranties apply to purchases made from authorized resellers including Amazon.com and BulletpointMountingSolutions.com.

    Returns 

    Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since the day of delivery, unfortunately we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

    Any item that is returned and received at our warehouse more than 30 days after it is marked as delivered to the customer is not eligible for return. Please account for transit time to ensure your item is received within 30 days from the date it was delivered. Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments.

    A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then any applicable refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business of days of receipt of your item.

    The full retail price of any free with purchase or discounted items will be deducted from your refund. Free gift with purchase items may not be returned and will be deducted from your refund amount.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback against Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions. If a customer conducts a chargeback or other payment dispute with  against Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions, the customer agrees to pay for the full amount of the chargeback plus any reasonable attorney fees, collection fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions to enforce this policy.

    Sale and clearance items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. The full retail price of any free with purchase or discounted items will be deducted from your refund. Free gift with purchase items may not be returned and will be deducted from your refund amount.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bulletpointmountingsolutions.com and send your item to:

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
