2020+ POLICE INTERCEPTOR UTILITY FITMENT & INSTALLATION
This Rock Solid Phone Mount is designed specifically for the Ford Explorer Police Interceptor with the open dash area (see images).

INSTALLATION NOTE: Our base takes advantage of 2 bolts already found in the dash. Installation requires the use of self-tapping screws to secure mount to the dash panel. Includes all necessary hardware for installation.

Exactly what we needed ![User picture]()
Our Department has been through two or three different style's of phone mount's and never could stand up to the constant vibration and temperature fluctuations. Window mounts always fell off. Plastic always broke. Sticky pads always melted loose and left a runny mess.
This is a solid mount to the dash not coming loose and falling off, the phone mount is solid metal and spring so the ears aren't going to snap off trying to put the phone up. It allows a permanent place for the phone to be stored in the car and always to be located and charged without looking around for it in the time you need it.
Took a little fineness of mounting things to the grid and putting the grid on without interference, Had to make modifications to the grid for the radar cable to be fed through and hooked up, but we got it figured out and so far I have had no complaints.
Once I got a little assistance from Bullet point sales and account setup, Items were shipped and arrived promptly and we were able to get them installed in a timely manner.
We are now looking into mounting our Radar Heads off the Grid as well.

I've been using the universal dash mount for about a month, but recently got assigned to a 2022 Explorer for work. I'm able to securely mount multiple devices, as well as PA Mic & radar antenna. Really cleans up my dash and keeps everything within reach.

If purchasing any of our pre-built configurations (except for Base only), you will receive everything you need to securely mount your devices.
If you opt for the base only configuration or wish to add additional devices to the RubiGrid® base, you will need 1 AMPS ball, 1 mounting arm and 1 device holder. The exception is the action camera mount where a mounting arm is not necessary.

Our DiabloM6 magnetic phone mount requires a thin metal plate affixed to the back of your phone (even on MagSafe-equipped iPhones).
Please note that this also prevents Wireless Charging.
If you require wireless charging, we offer 2 wireless charging options: our MagSafe-compatible Wireless Charger or our Wireless Phone Charger with Motorized Cradle.

The metal plate features adhesive on the back and must be attached to your phone or case. It may not stick to all phone cases. For example, many silicone cases have non-stick properties that may not work with the metal plate.
If you have a MagSafe-compatible phone and you do not want to apply the metal plate or you wish to maintain wireless charging functionality, we offer a MagSafe-compatible phone holder.
