Small magnet holder
The magnet was good quality, but it was not enough to hold my Samsung S25 Ultra. Perhaps it would be better with a smaller, lighter phone.

Customer support has followed up and said they have worked with you and identified that you do not have a RokForm case and are helping you to find a holder that will work for you.

Solid Build but Falls Short on Stability Compared to MagSafe Mount
I picked up the Bulletpoint Rokform Compatible Magnetic Phone Holder with the 20mm ball mount to pair with my Rokform case. Installation was a breeze, and as expected from Bulletpoint, the quality and materials are top notch.
However, when it comes to stability, this mount did not quite meet my expectations, especially when compared to their MagSafe phone holder. The Rokform compatible version feels slightly less secure during bumps and turns, which made me second guess its hold.
Ultimately, I will be ordering another MagSafe phone holder instead. If stability is a top priority, especially on the go, the MagSafe option is the better choice.
