It came in a nice box packaged in piece boxes. Real metal base very well built. Directions were easy to follow. After it’s mounted you can tighten it up using tool that is provided. This mount is the last mount that you’ll buy. 2 Thumbs Up

Broke less than a week later..
I purchased several arms and connectors. Upon arrival the iPad holder was loose at the holder and had a noticeable shake when driving. After a week, the arm that held the holder for the iPad broke. The piece that secured the connector came completely out of the hallowed arm. I haven’t contacted and notified Bullet yet, but I’m sure once I do they will make it right…

Very well built , easy to install
