Exactly what i expected arrived in great shape

I had a screw and spring come out of my universal mount. I set it aside thinking maybe I could find a new screw later. I made a comment on an ad saying how much I loved everything about the system, and mentioned that I had one come apart. Their customer service messaged me and reminded me of their lifetime warranty, and sent a link to the warranty form. About a week later, my new item showed up in the mail.
