Universal Phone Mount Holder

First 30 days including rough offroading and the mount solidly held my phone. Completely happy with this part of my kit.

I had an issue with the phone holder. The spring and the long screw kept popping out.
After several weeks of tightening over and over I decided to do a warranty claim.
It’s a small hassle because I hate to fill out claims
I did the paperwork and within a week I received the replacement holder. They kept their part of the warranty and I’m satisfied.

I had my cell phone holder for my Jeep Wrangler about 2 years, it has 17k miles on it. Bought the bulletpoint about the same time as the car. Sadly the part that holds the phone (it expands and contracts to hold it tight) just broke from regular use.

I filed a warranty claim, it was processed the same day, and had a new part in 3-4 days. It was super easy to replace.

If I had a complaint it would be they needed my original order number to file the claim. That took me some time to track down. Since they wanted a picture of the broken part, not sure who would be filing fake claims for broken parts. The process could be a little easier.

All in all, a great response to a warranty claim and much appreciated.

The bring Tension on this is Strong. Once your phone is Clamped in, it does not move. Excellent Built quality and Made in the USA. What else could you ask for. Looking forward to my next Bulletpoint purchase.

I reached out to customer service about an issue with cellphone holder bracket. The old design did hold up and screws would back out. They immediately honored their warranty and sent me a new design bracket. I am extremely impressed.
