I purchased my first bulletpoint mount for my 2021 F250. I had one issue and notified the company and had the new part at my door right away. I love it, super solid. I now have one in my 2020 F250 as well. I drive 4-5,000 miles a week. This is the best option out there

My brother purchased dual phone mount for his New GMC. After seeing his set up could not wait to get one for my truck. When I received my set up I noticed that one of my couplers came with two of the same-sided pieces. I’m not one to complain, but after a few weeks of me not being able to get the coupler tight enough to not move I reached out to customer service. Within 24 hours they had another coupler shipped out for free!! I only needed and was expecting one side of the couple that I wanting to pay for. I received a whole new set.
