Lost 1 mounting screw and these guys had a pack sent to me within 2 days @ no charge! Awesome service

On 2/26/23 I installed my Rubigrid and lost one of the small screws that holds the top to the base. I contacted customer service via email and opened case #58236 asking if they could send a replacement. I received no response, and on 3/2/23 I went ahead and ordered replacement screws from them. According to the return email opening my request most are answered within 24hrs. Looks like my case got dropped!

I still stand by my 5 star rating of the product on 2/26/23.

Changing rating because I just received a call from Hiede from customer service. She responded to my initial request asking for a photo. I never received that email. She cancelled my order and issued a refund and placed a new order under warranty with priority shipping. Thankyou

I dropped a tiny screw that proceeded to bounce down around the center console and disappeared. I contacted bulletpoint and they promptly sent me a pack of ten. The mount is great as is customer service. Thank you
