Warranty couplers.
The new couples work great. Now if the freaking phone would just stay in the dam holder it would be great. I believe I ordered the XL phone holder but recieved a standard Large. I can't use the holder cause the dam phone won't stay in it while im driving. Pls send me an xl phone holder.

Excellent Customer Service
Having been a bulletpoint customer for several years, the products I use have held up amazingly.
Recently, I was tightening my attachment coupler and I stripped the wing nut.
I reached out to Bulletpoint Customer Service to purchase new wing nuts.
Instead, Customer Service sent a SET of couples, and a new tightener.
Needless to say, I was not only surprised but absolutely stunned. A company that not only supports its products but it's customers over and above what they had to do.
