Aluminum Attachment Coupler - Pair

I had a problem recently and called Customer Service. I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with the service I received. Turned out it was a simple fix and not an issue with any of the products. The end caps simply came loose and a few drops of glue fixed everything. I offered to return the parts but was told to save them. Thank you Bullit point for going above and beyond in helping me get the most out of my Rubigrid mounting system.

After the first review of the shaking all over the place and the attachment coupler not tightening to hold phone mount from moving around the guys at Bullet Point were quick to resolve the issue and sent out new couplers and they work great and hold the mount absolutely still and in place. Thank you Bullet Point for the quick response.

Too much money on other similar items because I did not want to spend the money on this one. Big mistake. I should've gotten this one from the beginning.
