      Shady product recommendation, very disappointing customer service

      Completely disappointed that this product showed up as a recommended add-on to my purchase only to find out that it doesn't even work with the original item that I bought. I'm told now I need to buy something else. Complete waste of $25 and a pretty horrible response from customer service

      I have looked into this and found you did not order the correct mount for it. The one you ordered screws into a predrilled hole in certain RubiGrid mounts and unfortunately yours is not one of them. In this situation you need the 4 hole amps ball to mount the gopro mount to. If you are in a hurry to receive this part, we do offer them on our Amazon store. Below is the link.

      Doesn't tighten enough

      I bought this a year ago and finally used it on a washboard dirt road. The vibration of the road kept the gopro from staying upright. It works well on pavement, but taking it off-road it falls. I have other GoPro mounts and have no problems with going off-road.
