      Place the F-it! tool over the thumb nut screw and give it a gentle turn - careful, not too tight!

      Why be "funny"?

      I received this tool with my original purchase. There was no mention of what it was for or instructions on how to use it. I guess your team thought it would be funny to put a QR code so customers could figure it out for themselves. Stupid.

      We include the QR code to assist customers who may not realize the F-it tool is actually a functional tool (and not just a fun keychain!). It walks users through how to properly tighten the connector ends, which can save a lot of frustration during installation.

      We understand it may seem unnecessary to some, but many customers have found it super helpful—especially those who aren’t quite as clever as Willie Wonka!

      Tightening tool

      Despite reefing on one of the arms it still slips with my brides phone and the same with mine.

      Best invention ever

      This made it so much easier to tighten the thumb screws. I’m no weakling and without this the arms stay loose.
