False advertisement
Said I would receive this with my order but sent a cheap cup instead. When I asked about it, I was pretty much told “tough”. I based my purchase on this offer and was let down.

Utility knife - free gift
I rated this as a 5 star rating because of the actual phone mount. The phone mount is great. When I purchased the phone mount I was asked what free gift do I want (utility knife or mug) and I chose the knife. To my surprise I received the mug and noticed on my order when shipped the knife was sold out. I was disappointed as I didn’t want the mug but it was a free gift.

Apparantley when I ordered my mount, they were sold out of the knife but failed to update the website... and then instead of emailing me regarding the changes, they just send me an ugly mug in its place. Goodwill just gained a free cup and Im out a knife that was supposed to come with my order.....lame.
