My truck has the very base radio that doesn’t support CarPlay or any kind of navigation. I typically use my truck for mobile repair and need to look up addresses on my phone. After the first review of the shaking all over the place and the attachment coupler not tightening to hold phone mount from moving around the guys at Bullet Point were quick to resolve the issue and sent out new couplers and they work great and hold the mount absolutely still and in place.
